To son Joseph 2 lotts of land on N.E. side of Springfield Road also 1/4 of an island called Smiths. To son John the S. W. part of my land in Darby. To daughters Mary and Martha a lot on Springfield Road and £10 each. to son William remainder of land in Darby. Stock when 21. Executors: wife Martha and friend John Davis of Darby.
