| Pennsylvania Wills, 1682-1834 MARSHALL, THOMAS. Concord, yeoman. No date. February 27, 1740/1. B. 72. Provides for wife Hannah inc profits of real estate until son Benjamin is 21, when he shall take his half and when Thomas is 21 he shall have the other 1/2 of plantation paying to his brother John £70 when 21. To daughter Ann Hickman £35. To daughter Martha Marshall £50. To daughters Hannah and Mary £50 each also provides for a possible child to be born. Land at Newport, New Castle Co to be sold and all remainder of estate divided among wife and children above named. Executors: brothers in law Jos. and Robt. Mendenhall. Witnesses: Henry Peirce, Peter Hatton, Thos.
