  • 7:30 AM — Arrived at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm
  • 8:00 AM — Retrieved bags and took taxi
  • 8:30 AM — Arrived at Christina’s spacious penthouse co-op
  • 10:00 AM — Walked to Gamla Stan
    • Saw palace exterior
    • Watched changing of the guard
    • Walked along the water
    • Lunch at Cafe Nova
    • Bought postcards
    • Visited Stockholm Cathedral
      (highlight: St. George and the Dragon statue)

Stockholm

  • Returned to apartment
  • Evening walk near Stadshuset (City Hall)
  • Dinner with Christina
  • Chocolate, wine, and photos late at night

A smaller camera with lower resolution is often better for travel than carrying a bulky setup. The Samsung camcorder turned out to be one of the best travel tech purchases of the trip.
